Before joining the Nasra family 10 years ago, Madiha brought her expertise and affable leadership to key roles, including Senior Manager of HR at The Citizen’s Foundation and Deputy Manager at Shabbir Tiles and Ceramics Limited. Today, she is recognized as a strategic advisor, coach, and mentor to the ETNS Core Team, driving organizational direction and spearheading initiatives to revamp outdated policies and procedures.
