Mr. Nazir Ahmed Shaikh is an academician by profession. He has done his M.Sc in Statistics and B.Sc in Mathematics and Chemistry from the University of Sindh. He has over forty years of experience in the areas of Academic Administration, Academic Policies & Procedures, Rules & Regulation, Assessment & Evaluations, Teaching/Training, and Curriculum Development.
After completing his Masters in 1978, he started his career from the Education Department, Government of Sindh. He has worked with renowned academic institutions like IBA Karachi, Institute of Business Management (CBM), Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, Hamdard University as Registrar and Controller of Examinations, and at Iqra University as a visiting faculty when it was first established. He also worked as Head of Department Computer Science /IT at BeaconHouse – informatics, Karachi and Islamic English School, Abu Dhabi, UAE. He was the founding member of the team that instituted Bahria University, Karachi Campus and also served as its first Head of Department, Computer Science
Mr. Shaikh has also served at the State Bank of Pakistan (Institute of Bankers Pakistan) as Director Examinations for almost eight years and also has a Diploma in Supply Chain Management. Most recently, he was associated with the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science & Technology (SZABIST), as Registrar.
Mr. Nazir Ahmed Shaikh is an ardent reader, with special emphasis on Urdu literature. His personal collection of books varied from classics to modern day poetry, novels, collection of short stories, biographies etc. He is also an avid writer and his articles on diversified topics are published regularly in Pakistan & Gulf Economist. He was a debater during his school and college days and now takes part in technical discussion programs at TV channels and FM radio.

One of the most experienced and valued members of the Nasra School family, now serving as the Principal of the Malir campus, former Secondary School Coordinator, Naheed Noor has worked at ETNS for a whopping 32 years. Her diverse qualifications include B.Sc, M.A., B.Ed, ADISM (AKU-IED), PTTC (SPELT), ADOBE Youth (iEARN USA) and Photojournalism (iEARN PK), with her professional background ranging from teaching Biology and English to fulfilling the capacity of Assistant Head at Nasra Secondary School, Malir Campus.
Having earned the lofty position of Coordinator of all ETNS Secondary Schools in addition to being the Campus Head of the Malir Campus, Naheed has extensive responsibilities. She is the main organizer of centralized exams, student community service initiatives, professional development workshops for faculty and frequently takes a lead role in planning and executing annual student contests, i.e. International Kangaroo Contest, Maths Olympiad, Inter-Nasra English Debates.
Her recognitions encompass a Shakespeare Award in IKLC, Gold and Silver Medals as a Head in IKSC, IKLC and IKMC, and a shield by Pak Turk Schools.

oining the Nasra family in July 1985 as a primary teacher and assiduously working her way up to earning the highly coveted position of Primary Coordinator for all ETNS Schools and now serving as the Principal of the Saddar campus is our beloved Asma Rafiq – exemplary educator, nurturer, mentor and sagacious friend to all.
Equipped with a B.SC Microbiology from D.J Science College along with an ADISM, Advanced Diploma in School Management (AKU / IED 2000) and ECED certificate (AKU / IED 2013 course), Asma effectuates the seamless running, performance and enhancement of all aspects in the ETNS primary educational system including maintenance of a high standard of academic excellence, management and supervision of internal operations, and organizing faculty trainings and workshops for continuous professional development amongst a myriad of other responsibilities.
In her inspirational tenure at Nasra School, Asma has attained the following IKLC recognitions: Distinguished Educationist Shakespeare Award (2016), a Mark Twain Gold Medal, and a Distinguished Educationist Award (2018).

Campus Head of ETNS-Super Highway Campus. I joined ETNS family as Headmistress in October 2022. I started my career as a homeroom teacher and excelled in my field and was later designated as a Section Head in SUN Academy (A project of SUN Charity Int. UK).
Having a diversified educational background, I have done my B.Com, M.A (I.R), B.Ed (English & Mathematics), M.Ed.(Educational Administration & Management) and also a trained Montessori Directress. I am in the field of Education for over 13 years and also a Master Trainer of Phonics (Hooked on Phonics).
I have also headed and successfully completed different international projects like Learn, Listen & Love Project, UK and Makerspace Room-Gold Scout Award, USA.
Even though, I became a teacher by chance but my profession is my passion now. I believe in nurturing generations with knowledge and skills that go hand in hand for a bright and better future.

I, Kiran Naz, an esteemed educator with a rich background in academia and leadership, serve as the headmistress/Campus Head/Principal of the North Karachi Campus since the establishment of the campus. I have been associated with ETNS since 1995. With a distinguished career spanning more than 28 years.
As an educationist with an MPhil in Education, I’ve dedicated over two decades to the field of education, commencing my journey in 1995. My professional expertise and passion lie in fostering academic growth and cultivating a stimulating learning environment within schools. Through my commitment and ongoing pursuit of knowledge, I aim to contribute meaningfully to the educational landscape.”
I bring visionary leadership, a passion for student development, and a commitment to excellence. My dedication to cultivating a nurturing, innovative learning environment is reflected in the organization’s ongoing success in fostering holistic growth and academic achievement.”

The Nasra Family has been blessed to include several shining stars in its fold, including our very own supernova, Sports Coordinator extraordinaire, Humera Siddiqui.
A highly qualified sports professional with a BA BP Ed, Humera also possesses a National Athletics Technical official course certification from Pakistan Sports Board, several cricket certifications for coaching and training from PCB, a coaching and umpiring authority from the Throw Ball Federation; a net ball coaching and umpiring authority from Pakistan Net Ball, SNA Federation and Australian Federation; Certification of Right to Play; and perhaps the most paramount, First Aid Training (CPR) from AKU-EB amongst many others.
With a tenure at Nasra comprising over 28 years, Humera has performed many roles- physical education teacher, coach, sports coordinator, guru, and all-around athletic savant, accruing an endless list of awards and recognitions along the way, which we are immensely proud to enumerate: Husn-e-Karkardagi Award, given by Firdous Ittehad Social & Sports Association; Token of Appreciation in Karachi Table Tennis Championship 2018; Kashmir Day Sports Award by Firdous Ittehad Social & Sports Association; Appreciation by Sindh Tug of War Association in the 13th National Men’s Tug of War Championship 2019; Appreciation Award by Pakistan Table Tennis Federation in South Asian Cadet and Junior Table Tennis Championship 2016.
In recent years, Humera has lent her expertise to a vast number of athletic tournaments, serving as an Executive member of the Karachi Table Tennis Association; Senior Vice-President of the Karachi Athletics Association (2017); Deputy Tournament Director of Tug of War Championship (2018); Vice President of Pakistan Sports Welfare Association (2019).
With a smile on her face at all times, an ambitious can-do which she infuses in Nasra’s student athletes (frequently leading them to victory and recognition on scholastic and national levels), Humera Siddiqui is a luminary, continuously perpetuating the name and emblazoning the legacy of Nasra School.

Colleague, friend, advisor, confidant, son- Hasan Karim Pirani has been all of the above and more to ETNS founder, Nasra Wazir Ali (S.I.) and her immediate family.
With an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Preston University, Karachi, Hasan joined ETNS in 1989, as a humble fee accountant, working tirelessly and righteously to ascend the ranks, achieving the titles of Senior Accountant, Chief Accountant (2002), Head of Finance (2012) and finally, Head of Finance and Operations (2017).
A humanitarian to the core, he has devoted over 32 years of selfless voluntary service to the Aga Khani community as well as the Ismaili Council, working with prominent philanthropists and earning well-deserved recognition along the way.
To this day, Hasan recalls his time spent learning from Nasra Wazir Ali with a mixture of warmth, gratitude, admiration and nostalgia, reflecting fondly upon their bond, a bond akin to that of mother and son, a bond which transcends this worldly realm. While the void left behind by her loss is fathomless, Hasan believes that carrying out and sustaining her mission of serving the less privileged is the most profound way to honor her memory and legacy.

Composed, confident and in total control, HR Head, Madiha Ahsan was a born go-getter. Qualified with an MPA in HR and CHRP in addition to possessing enviable inherent “people-skills”, she has been indispensable to the smooth functioning of not only the ETNS HR department, but for inspiring the overall motivational culture and progressive attitude which define our daily practices and embody the essence of our philosophy at the Nasra Head Office.
Before joining the Nasra family 5 years ago, Madiha was sprinkling her affable charm as the Senior Manager of HR at The Citizen’s Foundation and the Deputy Manager of Shabbir Tiles and Ceramics Limited. Today, in addittion to being a capable coach and mentor for all ETNS Core Team members, she fulfills the role of a supremely gifted strategic advisor, responsible for giving direction to the organization and revamping outmoded policies and procedures.
Exemplifying her leadership qualities, she frequently rises to the challenge of orchestrating colossal school events, i.e. the Learning Festival, induction programs, recruitment camps. She also spearheaded the implementation of ERP, policy development and process mapping.

My background includes successful development and implementation of partnership strategies, management of scholarships, meeting compliance, and reporting requirements of the donors.
In my current position as Manager of Resource Mobilization and Alumni Affairs at Education Trust Nasra School, I have overseen end-to-end admissions processes, amplified the brand on digital platforms, created brand stories, emphasized school activities, and initiated various alumni recognition and engagement series.

Joining the ETNS Head Office Team in Nov. 2017, our on-point and on-trend Communications Manager, Sadaf Imam has single-handedly revolutionized Nasra School’s image, reinforcing its presence as an unmistakable forerunner in the digital 21st century.
Equipped with a Master’s degree in Business and Management from University of Aberdeen, UK, as well as a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Southeastern University, Greenwich Campus, Sadaf has attained a wealth of experience working as a polished Communications professional for several NGOs including Marie Stopes Society, Friendship International and CSM (a sister concern of Marie Stopes.)
Relentlessly creating and maintaing a curated stream of engaging content on multiple social media platforms, orchestrating spectacular large-scale school events worthy of generating media-buzz, as well as organizing countless charitable partnership and sponsorship programs for students and faculty alike, Sadaf exudes the perfect balance of talent, know-how, and innate charisma that keeps the wheels turning and ideas churning at Nasra!
