Director Finance & Operations
Hasan, leads the organization’s financial and operational functions with a strong focus on integrity, efficiency, and long-term sustainability. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening financial systems, enhancing transparency, and streamlining operations to support the institution’s growth and stability.
Over the years, he has played a key role in integrating finance and operations, improving processes, optimizing resources, and ensuring that systems are aligned with modern management practices. His contributions have enabled ETNS to operate more effectively while maintaining strong governance and accountability.
His journey with ETNS reflects dedication, resilience, and deep institutional commitment. Joining in 1989 as a Fee Assistant, he steadily progressed through roles of increasing responsibility before being appointed Director Finance & Operations in 2022—an achievement that reflects both his expertise and long-standing contribution to the organization.
He holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Preston University, Karachi. Beyond his professional role, he has devoted over 35 years to community service, contributing to various philanthropic and social initiatives. His career stands as a testament to leadership built on integrity, service, and a commitment to making a meaningful difference.

Naheed, brings over 38 years of rich experience in academic leadership, curriculum development, and teacher training. Widely respected for her vision and depth of expertise, she has consistently worked towards strengthening educational quality and creating meaningful learning experiences for both students and educators.
At ETNS, she leads the academic direction across campuses, playing a pivotal role in shaping teaching practices, strengthening systems, and driving continuous improvement. Her work reflects a strong commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and student success.
Under her leadership, several key initiatives have been successfully introduced, including the integration of Project-Based Learning (PBL), the use of Oxford Reading Buddy to strengthen foundational literacy, and the adoption of digital tools to enhance classroom engagement. These efforts have contributed to more interactive, student-centered learning environments and improved academic outcomes.
She has also been instrumental in strengthening academic structures by introducing a tiered leadership model, mentoring school leaders, and building the capacity of teachers through focused training in pedagogy, classroom management, and assessment practices. Her collaborative approach ensures strong alignment between principals, teachers, and parents, creating a cohesive and supportive learning ecosystem.
Holding a Master’s degree in Education along with professional certifications in educational leadership and instructional design, Ms. Naheed Noor continues to play a vital role in advancing the academic vision of Nasra Schools—preparing students to think critically, learn confidently, and grow into capable individuals.

Humera has been a driving force behind the development of a vibrant and inclusive sports culture at Nasra Schools. With a strong commitment to promoting physical well-being, teamwork, and discipline, she has played a key role in encouraging students to actively participate in sports and develop a lifelong appreciation for fitness.
Since joining ETNS in 1990 as a Physical Education Teacher, she has dedicated over three decades to nurturing young talent and expanding sports opportunities for students. Her journey reflects consistency, passion, and leadership, culminating in her formal appointment as Sports Coordinator in 2013.
Under her leadership, Nasra Schools have witnessed the successful organization of numerous sports events, tournaments, and training workshops for both students and teachers. She has actively built linkages with external sports bodies and institutions, creating broader exposure and competitive opportunities for students at various levels.
Beyond the institution, Ms. Humera Siddiqui has made significant contributions to Pakistan’s sports sector. She has served in key leadership roles across multiple sports associations and has been actively involved in organizing events at national, provincial, and city levels. Her expertise has also been recognized internationally, including her role as a coach for Team Pakistan at the Asian Dodgeball Championship (2024).
Her contributions have been acknowledged through several prestigious awards, including the Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Sports Women Award and the Best Sports Organizer Award. She continues to enhance her expertise through professional certifications and active engagement with sports federations.
A dedicated educator and sports leader, she remains committed to empowering students with essential life skills—such as teamwork, resilience, and discipline—while fostering a healthy, active, and confident generation.

MS. MADIHA AHSAN
Head of People, Alumni & Communication
Madiha, leads the organization’s people strategy and institutional engagement with a focus on building strong systems, meaningful connections, and a progressive workplace culture.
With over 18 years of professional experience, including a decade of leadership at ETNS since 2015, she plays a central role in shaping and aligning HR practices across all entities—overseeing talent management, workforce planning, policy development, compliance, and employee engagement. Her work ensures that people processes are not only efficient but also aligned with the organization’s long-term vision and growth.
Beyond HR, she leads alumni engagement and corporate communication, developing institutional narratives that reflect the organization’s impact, values, and strategic direction. Her work includes crafting leadership communication, stakeholder reports, and partnership-focused content that strengthens relationships with donors, alumni, and the wider community.
During her tenure, she has driven several key initiatives, including the implementation of ERP-based HR systems, development and standardization of policies, and the design of impactful learning and development programs. She has also led large-scale initiatives such as the Learning Festival, recruitment drives, and induction programs—contributing to both organizational growth and culture building.
Madiha holds an MPA in HR and is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Prior to joining ETNS, she held leadership roles at The Citizen’s Foundation and Shabbir Tiles & Ceramics Limited.
Recognized for her strategic thinking and collaborative approach, she continues to serve as a trusted advisor and mentor, driving transformation, strengthening teams, and contributing to the overall direction and impact of the organization.
