Achievements: Innovative process ensuring compliance and system integrity. Aligning processes for better productivity and cost savings. Brining finance and operation at par with latest concepts and best business practices.
Brief Bio: Joined ETNS in 1989 as Fee Assistant and then gradually moved up the ladder and in 2022 was promoted as Director Finance & Operations.
Complete Profile:With an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Preston University, Karachi, Hasan joined ETNS in 1989, as a humble fee accountant, working tirelessly and righteously to ascend the ranks, achieving the titles of Senior Accountant, Chief Accountant (2002), Head of Finance (2012), Head of Finance and Operations (2017), Director Finance & Operation in 2022.
A humanitarian to the core, I devoted over 35 years of selfless voluntary service to the Aga Khan community as well as the Ismaili Council, working with prominent philanthropists and earning well-deserved recognition along the way.

Ms. Naheed Noor is an accomplished educationist with over 38 years of experience in academic leadership, curriculum development, teacher training, and strategic planning in the education sector. With a profound dedication to enhancing learning outcomes, she has consistently championed innovative teaching methodologies and system-wide reforms that empower both educators and students.
She holds a Master’s degree in Education along with certifications in educational leadership, school management, and instructional design. Ms. Naheed has served in various key academic positions, earning a reputation for her visionary leadership, collaborative approach, and deep commitment to educational excellence.
At Nasra School, she currently serves as the Director of Education, where she leads the academic direction and operational transformation of multiple campuses. Her role is central to driving quality assurance, academic innovation, teacher development, and student achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develops and implements academic policies and standards aligned with the school’s vision and national benchmarks.
• Guides in Syllabus planning and integration of technology to ensure relevance and rigor.
• Designs and oversees training programs to improve instructional practices and classroom management.
• Ensures compliance with examination boards such as AKUEB and Sindh Board.
• Leads the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PBL), Oxford Reading Buddy, and digital integration in the classroom.
• Implements strategies for differentiated learning, support for struggling students, and programs for high achievers.
• Mentors heads of sections, assistant heads, and Principals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Collaborates with principals, teachers, and parents to align educational goals and address challenges proactively.

• Successfully introduced the tiered leadership model with Assistant Heads for Primary and Secondary sections, enhancing school management and support.
• Rolled out PBL across Classes 4–8, significantly improving student engagement and critical thinking.
• Led the adoption of digital learning tools such as Oxford Reading Buddy, fostering reading habits and comprehension skills in lower classes.
• Organized comprehensive training sessions on classroom management, assessment design, and Pedagogy for teachers.

Inspire students to participate in sports and develop a lifelong passion for fitness. Organize school tournaments, utilise available facilities, and collaborate with external sports boards and clubs to provide diverse opportunities. Create a supportive environment where students can grow, develop, and thrive through sports.goal is to empower students with valuable life skills, such as discipline, teamwork while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle
Achievements: Served in various leadership roles in Pakistan’s sports sector, including General Secretary of Sindh Dodgeball Association, Vice President of Pakistan Sports Welfare Association, Joint Secretary of Karachi Tug of War Association, and Executive Member of Sindh Tug of War Association. Previously, was Ex-Chairman of Karachi Table Tennis Association’s Development(KTTA) Program. Organised events at national, provincial, city, and district levels. Organised 3rd Dodgeball coaches clinic(2024), Dodgeball workshop for teachers at Foundation school(2022), Alpha College(2021) received awards, including the Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Sports Women Award(2020), PSWA’s Best Sports Organizer Award (2020), Appreciative Certificate from International Peace Conference (2020), Sports Services Shield from President Karachi Basketball (2020), and Certificate from South Asia and Pakistan Traditional Sports and Games Association (2021). Hold various certifications in sports, including Level 1 Tug of War Technical Official Refreshers Course (PTWF, 2021), Online Badminton Coaching Workshop (Sports of Life, 2020), Online Fencing Workshop (Sports for Life, 2020), International Online Rope Skipping Course (PRSF, 2020), Volleyball Online Coaching Workshop (Sports for Life, 2020), and Tug of War Game Capsule Course (Tug of War Federation India, 2020), 1st Online Basketball Course (Sports for Life, 2020). served as Technical Director for the 1st Women’s National Tug of War Championship (2024) and 18th Sindh Games (2024). Additionally, coached Team Pakistan at the Asian Dodgeball Championship in Saudi Arabia (2024) and participated in the selection committee for Sindh Tug of War team trials for the 34th National Games (2023). conducted workshops on Tug of War at Government Degree College and Khursheed Girls College (2023) and attended the National Tug of War Coaching and Technical Official course(PTWF,2024). Complete Profile: graduated from the University of Karachi with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in 1991 and a Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) in 1993, both recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Since joining ETNS in 1990 as a Physical Education (PE) Teacher, I have taken on increasingly responsible roles. Initially serving as both PE Teacher and Sports Coordinator, was officially promoted to Sports Coordinator in 2013. In this capacity, I have successfully organised numerous events including workshops for staff and students in Nasra Schools, and managed various committees. Give volunteer service to different sports Federation and Youth Organizations and friends of green, Karahi.Thus,worked to promote sports participation and development among students of all ages

Additionally, I am driving employee engagement strategies to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Brief Bio: With over a decade of HR leadership experience, Madiha Ahsan holds an MPA in HR, CHRP, and Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) certifications. She has been instrumental in streamlining HR operations, driving policy development, and implementing ERP systems. Previously, she served as Senior Manager HR at The Citizen’s Foundation and Deputy Manager at Shabbir Tiles. A dynamic leader and mentor, Madiha continues to inspire organizational growth and excellence.
Complete Profile: Composed, confident, and an accomplished leader, Madiha Ahsan, Head of HR, is a born go-getter. With an MPA in HR, CHRP, and Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) certifications, combined with her exceptional “people skills,” she has been instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of the ETNS HR department. Beyond operations, her leadership has inspired a motivational culture and progressive mindset that shape the daily practices and philosophy at the Nasra Head Office.
Before joining the Nasra family 10 years ago, Madiha brought her expertise and affable leadership to key roles, including Senior Manager of HR at The Citizen’s Foundation and Deputy Manager at Shabbir Tiles and Ceramics Limited. Today, she is recognized as a strategic advisor, coach, and mentor to the ETNS Core Team, driving organizational direction and spearheading initiatives to revamp outdated policies and procedures. Exemplifying her leadership prowess, Madiha has led large-scale school events such as the Learning Festival, induction programs, and recruitment camps. She also successfully spearheaded the implementation of ERP systems, policy development, and process mapping—cementing her reputation as a transformational leader and change agent.
